Isela Profile Pic
Are you having a challenging time managing life stressors, emotions, or relationships? If so, therapy might be an excellent tool for you! My ideal client is an adult who has experienced childhood trauma and currently suffers from anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. I believe that a good fit is key to the therapeutic process and clients’ overall success! Which is why I am also passionate about client comfort and recognize that clients sometimes feel more confident opening up in different environments. For that reason, I can accommodate sessions in non-traditional therapeutic settings (beaches, parks, etc.)

For the past 10 years, I have worked in the mental health field in a variety of settings, including community organizations, hospitals, and residential care facilities, where I’ve had the privilege of working with clients from a variety of populations and diverse backgrounds. I enjoy working with both individuals and couples in-person and via teletherapy.

I collaborate with my clients to offer a client-centered and strengths-based approach that cultivates motivation and reinforces healthy lifestyle changes. I am fiercely committed to my clients’ improvement, and strongly believe that I can help my clients attain their goals, improve their relationships, and learn to better understand their emotions.
