Testing, Evaluation, and Assessment
Forensic Testing Evaluation and Assessment is the administration of a battery of carefully-selected psychological tests, diagnostic evaluations, and assessment instruments to generate a professionally written report of the results and findings intended to address specific forensic questions, inform treatment, clarify diagnoses, generate recommendations, construct clinical profiles and/or make determinations regarding specific mental health issues and/or psychological concerns that relate to a legal case or situation.
Psychotherapy / Counseling
Forensic Psychotherapy / Counseling is talk therapy carefully designed to resolve clients’ mental health concerns that have arisen within the context of a legal situation or that have resulted in a legal claim or case and help them to develop healthy responses and strategies, acquire insight into dysfunctional patterns, and/or redefine one’s perspective or trajectory by expertly integrating the latest research findings, culturally-competent approaches, advanced psychological principles, and therapeutic techniques into each client’s individually-tailored treatment plan.
Psychological Consultation
Forensic Psychological Consultation is the process of offering psychological insight, innovative solutions, and/or strategic responses to clients and/or their attorneys regarding mental health and psychological issues as they pertain to a legal case or claim that may also intersect with another area of the client’s life (parenting, marriage, employment, etc) by expertly integrating the latest research findings, culturally-competent approaches, advanced psychological principles, and therapeutic techniques regarding the mental health or psychological concerns that pertain to the case or claim.

Inpsycht Psychological Services does not require self-paying clients to sign a lien for services and offers fee-for-service rates.
